Case Study:  Global Sales Expansion via Webinar.

Client:  Software Express, Ltd. is a new and fast growing software development firm located in the UK.  Their innovative solution led them to become the fastest growing company in the UK in their industry niche market.

Global Marketing Challenge: Software Express wanted to expand beyond the UK and sought our help to assist them with their initial plan to expand to the US and Canada, and Latin America.

The Solution: After extensive initial market research and planning on our during the preparation phase, we used a variety of Global eMarketing solutions to implement the plan. 

Through online market research and the running of targeted Paid Search Advertising campaigns, we identified over 300 potential distributors for their product. We then created an targeted Email Marketing Campaign introducing Software Express and announcing that they were not expanding to the Americas.   The campaign resulted in over 37% of the recipients opening and reading the news release, and nearly 25% of that group responding directly to express interest in potentially distributing the software in their territory.

The next Global eMarketing campaign consisted in arranging an online sales presentation between the potential distributors and the software developers in the UK.  The both “closed” the sale, and acted as an initial training session for the distributor.

Campaign Results:

Through our systematic global expansion program, Software Express was able to double its sales revenue by the end of the first year, making it now the fastest growing software developer in the world in their industry.
